LIVE CASE STUDY · OUTBOUND AUTOMATION
CURRENT · PHASE 3 OF 3
Research at scale, without a research team.
Aura Forge was hired to build a scalable outbound engine.
Discuss your workflowBuilt for an anonymous landscaping company.
THE ENGINE
From LinkedIn URL to booked call
REAL SYSTEM · SANITISED
Proof, without the proof theatre
Two static views from the working system. No drawers, mock-ups or hidden claims.
The intake path

The first controlled test

DELIVERY
Three phases. Phase 3 is current.
A single view of delivery and the current position.
- 01COMPLETE
Build the backbone
Create one durable path from supplied lead to researched campaign handoff.
The intake and research path running as one controlled system. - 02COMPLETE
Prove both paths
Verify successful enrollment, safe stops and replay protection in controlled runs.
Successful and stopped leads were both checked independently. - 03CURRENT · IN PROGRESS
Raise quality, then scale
Strengthen relevance, offer selection and send-readiness before wider use.
Current position: external integration and controlled live verification.
OUTSIDE CURRENT SCOPE
Future upgrades
Useful next steps, but not live and not included in the current build.
Direct enrichment
Remove the remaining manual batch handoff through an approved provider.
Testing and follow-ups
Run controlled message variants and useful follow-ups with clear stop rules.
Reply classification
Triage replies while keeping commercial and sensitive responses human-led.
Operations dashboard
Show queue health, stage counts and safe alerts without exposing prospect data.
THE DEAL
An introductory £5,999 build
This was an introductory deal — about £6k — exchanged for case-study permission and the opportunity to build a longer-term relationship.
A human outbound agency and a normal bespoke build would cost materially more. We are not inventing comparison prices to make the difference look precise.
This is not a universal quote. New work is scoped on its real requirements.VALUE MODEL
What could this engine be worth?
VALUE CALCULATOR
Model six outreach volumes
Pick a volume, choose a directional response scenario, then use your own sale price and gross-profit margin.
Directional planning assumptions — not guarantees. The scenario changes only reply, reply-to-booked-call, show and close rates.

HONEST BOUNDARIES
What the engine does not claim
- No LinkedIn scraping. Supplied profile URLs are identifiers; research uses public company websites.
- Unsupported leads stop. They do not receive invented personalisation or block the rest of the batch.
- The campaign platform sends. Positive replies, calls, sales and revenue depend on targeting, the offer and human follow-through; none is guaranteed.
- Day 1 reports sequence starts and platform-recorded replies — not delivery, positive replies or conversions.
